The agreement was formalised during the RISE Conclave in Bengaluru. The collaboration combines TTD\u2019s traditional prasadam system with CFTRI\u2019s expertise in food science and safety. CFTRI will support improvements in procurement, storage, processing, and distribution practices. It will also introduce advanced testing methods and standardised safety protocols. Special focus will be given to improving packaging and shelf life without altering traditional taste and sanctity.
