Speaking at a BCIC-organised conference on AI and robotics in agro-food processing, KAPPEC Managing Director C N Shiva Prakash highlighted the State&#8217;s progress in supporting entrepreneurs and food processing enterprises, while stressing that technology adoption must prioritise job creation over displacement. Karnataka is also home to more than 3,500 millet processing units, establishing it as one of the country&#8217;s strongest millet-processing ecosystems.
