Ltd. in Delhi, after an inspection uncovered serious food safety and hygiene violations at its kitchen facility. Officials identified multiple non-compliances, including the use of blackened cooking oil, pest infestation, fungal growth, poor housekeeping, improper food storage practices, and cross-contamination between vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items. The inspection also revealed deficiencies in sanitation, hygiene management, and overall maintenance of the food preparation areas, raising significant concerns over consumer health and food safety. Based on the findings, FSSAI directed the establishment to immediately cease food business operations until all deficiencies are rectified and compliance is verified by the competent authority.
